Learn how to work with universal or life energy for the benefit and healing of self and others.

Level 3       4 wks @ $80        World healing

Classes will focus on:
-   the source of the energy and history of energy work;
-   the fundamentals of the use of energy in life;
-   the human chakra system;
-   the use of intention;
-   body and energy awareness;
-   the process of receiving;
-   transmuting and shifting energy;
-   the process of manifestation;
-   focus on and surrender to highest outcomes;
-   energetically tuning into people or situations;
-   creating space through balance in life;

These classes are not about learning a specific modality of energy work. The energy is part of who we are and we each work with it every moment of every day - consciously or unconsciously. I believe each person has his or her own unique relationship with the energy as we each are unique expressions of the energy. Therefore, these classes will focus on increasing one’s knowledge and awareness of the energy and one’s relationship to it thereby enabling a more conscious and intentioned experience of life.
